The wind… Do you feel it? Ah yes,

The winds of rejuvenated gamedev

(That’s a thing, right?)

With much of my responsibility on my plate gobbled up and fulfilled, I am back vigorously developing games. So, once again:

• Ones and zeroes course through my veins.
• Pixels make up my breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• My restless nights are haunted by unsolved bugs.
• Hey, what does this mean for Dictionary Glory?

That’s an excellent question, bullet point!

To get back into game development, I thought I’d update one of my ‘finished’ projects. When I took a look at Dictionary Glory, I realized there was so much to be done!

So, to start, I’ve made the following changes:

NEW MODE: ZEN

• Solve prompts without the stress of a ticking clock or waning mortality!

HIGHSCORES

• Scores are now saved for every mode and every difficulty, displayed in the menu. Where was this before, am I right?

MUSIC/SFX

• Who doesn’t love those?

PAUSE MENU

• Everyone’s favorite! If you didn’t get the game before then, man, now you’re SOLD!

NEW FONTS

• Better fonts to fit the game’s style.

QUALITY OF LIFE UPDATES

• Making things work better, look better, and taste better! (Wait, what?!)
